We process minimum necessary data solely to facilitate functions, secure account access, run cloud instances, process invoice checkout billing, and optimize system quality.
1. Registration & Authentication Log
When signing up or validating your account via SMS code, we collect your mobile phone number, verification states, Client version records, IP address, registration time logs, and session cookie identifiers.
2. Cloud Instance Remote Running and Connection
To execute Android emulation, host graphics video streaming, sync custom settings, and transfer directories/APK packages, we log: Cloud instance unique machine codes, OS parameters, RAM/GPU thresholds, dynamic performance markers. Connection logs (timestamps, latency speed, system faults, disconnect patterns). Clipboard synchronization packets (processed strictly ephemerally within system memory structures).
3. Invoice payments and Financial Records
We record your order numbers, purchases packages, transaction amounts, timestamps, balance deductions, and billing parameters. Banking details, secure bank cards, or transactional passwords are entirely encrypted and parsed by Alipay or WeChat Pay directly, out of our sight.
4. Hardware Parameters & Security Logging
To detect bots, scanning threats, malware injection, or cracking scripts, we harvest host platform hardware info including host OS build versions, device configurations, screen viewport ratios, and cybersecurity logging.

Article III. Cookie Practices
CCloudPhone uses standard Session Cookies and local browser caching parameters on our web/client panel interfaces to save your authentication logs, support checkout redirection, and remember default resolution selections. Cookies do not scan local computer hard drives.
Article IV. Sharing, Consigning, and Public Releases
1.We do not sell your personal statistics. 2. We consign data to regional Cloud service provider nodes (specifically Aliyun data nodes inside mainland China) to host storage snapshots, keep instance systems secure, and support regional content delivery network (CDN) downloads. 3. Information required by administrative enforcement bureaus, judicial warrants, or compliance regulations is disclosed under strict law-compliance boundaries.
Article V. Third-Party SDK Disclosure
WeChat Pay SDK** (Tenpay Payment Technology Co., Ltd.): Captures billing data, IMEI codes, MAC addresses, and network identifiers to support payment checkout. Alipay SDK** (Alipay.com Co., Ltd.): Captures device codes, system configurations, and dynamic payment parameters to authenticate balance settlements.
Article VI. Storage Cycles and Defensive Safeguards
1.Storage Term**: Your registered data is held throughout your subscription's lifecycle. Up on account termination, local partitions of host computers housing your instances are systematically overridden with empty configurations. 2. Technical Protections: Secured utilizing active AES algorithms, complete sandbox multi-tenant logical decoupling patterns, and constant TLS communication encryption protocols.
Article VII. Your Legal Data Rights
Under relevant data privacy and protection laws, you retain full ownership regarding your details: 1.You may check or update your linked mobile codes or billing records inside client control panels. 2. You can fully delete or wipe clean your cloud mobile partitions at any time by selecting "Restore to Factory Defaults" or choosing "Release Cloud Phone". 3. You may contact our customer support desk to request a full, irrevocable account deletion.
Article VIII. Minor Protections
CCloudPhone is designed primarily for productivity, software emulations, and team batching processes. Minors under 18 must read this document alongside their legal guardians and acquire consent before installing CCloudPhone packages.
Article IX. Policy Revisions
This policy is subject to updates as cloud features evolve. We will prominently notify you on login prompts or via system pop-ups upon active version updates.
